Job RoleWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Night Support Staff member to join our team, working night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with complex needs.
As a Night Support Staff, you will be responsible for:
- Providing one-to-one support to individuals with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a support worker, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An enhanced DBS check
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus benefits including ongoing training and development opportunities, supportive working environment, and opportunities for progression.
