Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking 2 skilled and compassionate individuals to join our day service team at Carter House in Congleton. Our mission is to provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and Autism in the local community.

As a Community Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to deliver person-centred care, promoting social, emotional, and physical well-being among our service users. Your role will involve working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multi-disciplinary agencies to achieve the best outcomes for each individual.

The ideal candidate will possess a caring and friendly approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the changing needs of our service users. While experience in social care is desirable, we welcome applications from individuals with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
