Night Shift Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Care Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing. As a Night Shift Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients during the night shift.
Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behavior during the night shift.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication administration.
- Monitoring the client's condition and reporting any concerns to the management team.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a support worker with experience supporting those with Autism, high levels of anxiety, and schizoaffective disorder.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- All roles are subject to an enhanced satisfactory DBS check.
- You must be attentive, empathetic, and have high levels of attention to detail.
