Support Assistant

As a Support Worker with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, you will be working in a dynamic environment supporting a young male in his own home. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.
This role involves providing bespoke care and support to our service user, including personal care and all aspects of his fluids and nutritional needs. He enjoys engaging in activities such as jigsaws, craft, sensory games, and watching DVD's. You will be required to work collaboratively with the existing care team to ensure the best possible outcome for our client.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a willingness to learn and grow with our organisation. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within the care sector, while also contributing to the well-being of our service users.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine interest in the welfare of others. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is looking for a rewarding career in care, we encourage you to apply.
