CareTech Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our residential service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young residents.

We operate from a holistic perspective, taking into account the individual needs and circumstances of each resident. Our approach prioritizes empowerment, dignity, and respect, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported.

The role requires flexibility, creativity, and a passion for delivering person-centered care. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized plans, promoting the social, emotional, and physical well-being of our residents.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £24,173 per annum, up to 10 sleep ins per month paid at £30 per sleep (approximately £3,600 per year), and flexible benefits such as membership to Pluxxee UK and access to the Caretech Foundation's match funding and staff hardship grants.
