Children and Young People Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced mental health practitioner to join our team in supporting children and young adults in care. As a key member of our therapeutic systemic team, you will work closely with social workers, fostering support workers, and CAMHS to provide stability and support to children and young people in emotional distress.
You will have experience in using evidence-based frameworks for practice with children and young people, and be able to work collaboratively with families to increase engagement and improve outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct intervention and support to children and young adults in care
- Work collaboratively with the therapeutic systemic team to provide stability and support
- Use evidence-based frameworks for practice with children and young people
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and carers
