Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Project/Account Manager with a passion for marketing to join our team. This role sits at the heart of everything we do for our clients, helping to deliver results-driven marketing campaigns based on your client's business objectives, and maintaining exceptional day-to-day client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the campaign manager for a large-scale, always-on, B2B demand engine program for a large mobile and broadband network services company.
  • Be client-facing, acting as the single point of contact for the client across this program.
  • Coordinate our internal team of Demand Generation specialists, data and reporting experts, building and managing a strong team dynamic.
  • Manage and track program finances as part of a retainer.

Requirements

  • Experience of driving campaign process, with the ability to understand data and reporting to ensure the team deliver against campaign KPIs.
  • Experience of managing Demand Generation/Sales Activation Campaigns.
  • Excellent team leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work through challenges.
  • Be able to travel to the office once per week to meet face-to-face with the core team.
  • Evidence of delivering successful marketing campaigns in response to complex business challenges.
  • Experience in managing key client and partner relationships and comfortable communicating at Manager and Director level.
  • Proficient with IT, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools.
