Job Summary
The Marketing Practice is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - ERP Implementation Specialist to oversee the implementation of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing the project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication.
About the Role
- Project Planning: Develop and manage the detailed project plan, including resource allocation, cost management, and project scheduling.
- Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, including business requirement gathering, supplier design validation, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the supplier, finance team, and business stakeholders to ensure project success, including capacity planning, project action management, and risk escalation.
- Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Documentation: Ensure all project and system documentation is complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Change Management: Manage change requests related to the project and facilitate those as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing ERP implementation projects.
- Strong program management skills, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Strong understanding of financial and project management processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Netsuite and Workday.
