Job Title: Junior Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Data Manager to join our team at The Marketing Practice. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our client's data, as well as architecting and managing the operations of our core technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Design and document scalable processes to enable our client's marketing team to be more effective in their daily work.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor data and technology performance and make recommendations to implement optimisations.
  • Campaign Management: Serve as the project manager for integrated campaigns from inception through to execution and measurement.
  • Master Data Management: Lead and execute on master data management strategy, including data acquisition, enrichment, and quarterly data health checks.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, preferably Eloqua.
  • CRM platform knowledge, with Salesforce experience being essential.
  • SQL knowledge and experience is desirable.
  • Data visualization skills, with PowerBI being essential.
  • Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new tools and 3rd party solutions.
