About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at The Marketing Practice. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients' marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable data management processes to drive consistency in delivery standards within the department.
  • Monitor data and technology performance, identifying areas for optimization and implementing recommendations to improve marketing operations.
  • Manage and maintain a total addressable universe, segmenting data to ensure effective and timely prospecting.
  • Lead the delivery of ad-hoc requests from the marketing operations team, including list builds, data analysis, and new campaign setup.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in owning and managing Marketing Automation Platforms, with Eloqua experience desirable.
  • CRM platform knowledge, with Salesforce experience essential and Salesforce Administrator Certified desirable.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and SQL knowledge is desirable.
  • Data visualization skills, with PowerBI experience essential.
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and 3rd party solutions.
  • Effective management of varied workload, with the ability to prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations.
