Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our Administration Team at Richemont. As a key administrator, you will be responsible for processing client repairs in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner, ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client account and product identification
  • Knowledge of product catalogues and brand policies
  • Technical diagnosis and commercial translation
  • Service definition and pricing
  • Support internal and boutique teams
  • Final commercial control and quality assurance

Development of the UK Aftersales Service:

  • Improvement of service procedures
  • Participation in team and quality meetings
  • Implementation of service changes and developments

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
  • SAP knowledge preferred

Selection Process:

  • Interview with the Administration Supervisor
  • Interview with the Administration and Operations Manager
