Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our Administration Team at Richemont. As a key administrator, you will be responsible for processing client repairs in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner, ensuring seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client account and product identification
- Knowledge of product catalogues and brand policies
- Technical diagnosis and commercial translation
- Service definition and pricing
- Support internal and boutique teams
- Final commercial control and quality assurance
Development of the UK Aftersales Service:
- Improvement of service procedures
- Participation in team and quality meetings
- Implementation of service changes and developments
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
- SAP knowledge preferred
Selection Process:
- Interview with the Administration Supervisor
- Interview with the Administration and Operations Manager
