We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administration Professional to join our team at YMCA Brighton. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting them through the separation process with professionalism and efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries, delivering beyond their expectations and upholding the highest professional standards.
  2. Accurately and efficiently inputting customer data onto our various platforms.

As a Customer Service and Administration Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with a rota basis, after successfully completing your probationary period.

We are looking for an individual with fluency in English, a proactive and flexible approach, and the ability to work efficiently and support their colleagues.
