About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager - Building Supplies to join our National Sales team in Northampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our large National customers, being their single point of contact for pricing and ordering.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to build strong relationships with multiple customers and internal stakeholders, and experience in identifying new opportunities and creating solutions for customers.

A knowledge of building materials and the merchant industry would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

About You

You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and taking ownership of quotes and follow-ups. You'll also need to coordinate enquiries over email and manage inbound calls.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful. You should have a sharp eye for identifying new opportunities and a passion for excellence.

As a Customer Relationship Manager - Building Supplies at Travis Perkins, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and colleague discounts.

In addition to your basic salary, you'll be eligible for a performance-related bonus of up to 15% of your annual salary.
