About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Advocacy Manager to join our team at Group GTI. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer success through effective advocacy and relationship-building.

In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Success team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and develop strategies to achieve them. You will also be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing)
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on relationship-building and account management
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience
