- Lead multiple projects simultaneously across various sizes and complexities within the Human Resources department.
- Analyze existing Human Resources processes, identify gaps, and lead resolution projects.
- Support strategic lead projects such as M&A activities.
- Deliver projects, either directly or via the extended Human Resources team, including identifying key stakeholders, workstreams, and contributors.
- Manage project aspects like planning, analysis, budget, scope, schedule, risk, and resource management.
- Collaborate with project sponsors to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and associated communication documents.
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with the project plan.
- Measure, monitor, and report on project/transition activities, milestones, dependencies, status, KPIs, and issues/risks.
- Gather and interpret data, making recommendations for appropriate actions.
- Facilitate monitoring and reporting of projects on the UK HUMN Project Portfolio, addressing the UK HUMN Executive committee and key stakeholders.
- Act as a reference point for managers and teams on project management disciplines and approaches.
- Engage with clients to anticipate needs and development requirements for upcoming projects.
