Job Description

The Human Resources department plays a vital role in developing Global Banking and Investment Solutions' attractiveness as an employer. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing career opportunities, people development, compensation, diversity, and working environment to make the organization a responsible employer.
  2. Addressing larger challenges in Global Banking and Investment Solutions, focusing on managerial culture, performance management, and people engagement.
  3. Supporting Global Banking and Investment Solutions strategy and transformation by accompanying teams and improving their employability.

This role focuses on assisting in defining and maintaining project management standards within the HR department.

  1. Lead multiple projects simultaneously across various sizes and complexities within the Human Resources department.
  2. Analyze existing Human Resources processes, identify gaps, and lead resolution projects.
  3. Support strategic lead projects such as M&A activities.
  4. Deliver projects, either directly or via the extended Human Resources team, including identifying key stakeholders, workstreams, and contributors.
  5. Manage project aspects like planning, analysis, budget, scope, schedule, risk, and resource management.
  6. Collaborate with project sponsors to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and associated communication documents.
  7. Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with the project plan.
  8. Measure, monitor, and report on project/transition activities, milestones, dependencies, status, KPIs, and issues/risks.
  9. Gather and interpret data, making recommendations for appropriate actions.
  10. Facilitate monitoring and reporting of projects on the UK HUMN Project Portfolio, addressing the UK HUMN Executive committee and key stakeholders.
  11. Act as a reference point for managers and teams on project management disciplines and approaches.
  12. Engage with clients to anticipate needs and development requirements for upcoming projects.
