Role Overview

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Advisor to join our Estates and Facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR services in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work closely with senior stakeholders to influence strategic People priorities and develop business-critical initiatives that drive organizational success.

As Strategic HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR-related projects, such as change management initiatives and organizational development programs. You will also conduct thorough investigations into complex employee relations cases and provide recommendations for resolution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers on all aspects of HR, including employment law, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Manage and coordinate HR-related projects, such as change management initiatives and organizational development programs.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complex employee relations cases and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and support.

Requirements
  • MCIPD qualification or equivalent.
