Company Overview

ARV Solutions Contracts is an expanding manufacturer of innovative Purlins, Rails and Mezzanine Flooring solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our patented range of products to Structural Steel Fabricators, Roofing companies, Specifiers, Erectors/Manufacturers of Portal Frame Buildings in the North of England. You will work from home, covering a designated territory based on the M1/M62 corridors.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £55,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive bonus structure, pension scheme, life assurance, and either a company car or car allowance. Our ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of Purlins, Rails, and Mezzanine Flooring solutions and be able to communicate effectively with customers in the North of England.
