About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Children and Young People\u2019s Mental Health Service as a Multidisciplinary Pathway Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and young people to inform formulation, diagnosis, and recommendations for treatment.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with members of the team and partnership agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions to children and young people with complex mental health needs and their families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care pathways.

Requirements

  • Graduate qualified healthcare professional (nurse, social worker, occupational therapist) with registration as a full member of the appropriate professional body.
  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex mental health needs and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
