Key Responsibilities

To deliver high-quality patient care, the ideal candidate will be able to respond to the needs of patients in a sensitive and non-judgmental manner, respecting their rights and dignity.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in care settings, preferably in patient-facing roles.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Understanding of NICE guidelines and ability to work within set parameters.

Working in a Prison Setting

The selected candidate will be required to work in a prison setting, providing care and support to patients in a secure environment. This will require a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Continuous Professional Development

The ideal candidate will be committed to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practice in patient care and support.

Working as Part of a Multidisciplinary Team

The selected candidate will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing support to patients and colleagues alike.
