OneDome is a pioneering Homebuying platform that revolutionizes the way home buyers and sellers conduct property transactions online. Our platform enables a seamless, end-to-end experience, from property search to engagement with estate agents, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers.
We have a strong presence in the UK property market, with our managed websites attracting nearly 3 million monthly visits and generating 4 property enquiries every minute. Our recent acquisition of CMME, a leading mortgage broker, further enhances our ability to deliver faster transactions with greater certainty and control.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales team and drive our advertising and transaction management product offering to estate agents and housebuilders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and approaching clients to create a pipeline of leads, developing and closing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a company, we value autonomy and ownership, giving you direct responsibility for key areas, including:
- Driving sales revenue through B2B acquisition – identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them towards partnership
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences – throughout the sales process
- Reporting to the business – on sales pipeline and customer insights to inform decision-making and product development
- Contributing to the development of industry-changing products and processes, shaping the future of our business
Who You Are:
- Located in the South of the UK, you will have 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of consistently hitting targets and a clear understanding of the UK residential property market, mortgages, or the legal conveyancing process
- You are a self-motivated, disciplined, and organized individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, able to quickly learn technical products and processes
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth
- You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
The Package:
- Competitive base salary of £40,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £60,000)
