Our recent acquisition of CMME, a leading mortgage broker, further enhances our ability to deliver faster transactions with greater certainty and control.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales team and drive our advertising and transaction management product offering to estate agents and housebuilders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and approaching clients to create a pipeline of leads, developing and closing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a company, we value autonomy and ownership, giving you direct responsibility for key areas, including:

  • Driving sales revenue through B2B acquisition – identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them towards partnership
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences – throughout the sales process
  • Reporting to the business – on sales pipeline and customer insights to inform decision-making and product development
  • Contributing to the development of industry-changing products and processes, shaping the future of our business

Who You Are:

  • Located in the South of the UK, you will have 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of consistently hitting targets and a clear understanding of the UK residential property market, mortgages, or the legal conveyancing process
  • You are a self-motivated, disciplined, and organized individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, able to quickly learn technical products and processes
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions

The Package:

  • Competitive base salary of £40,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £60,000)
