The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our B2B sales team and drive the growth of our advertising and transaction management product offerings to estate agents and housebuilders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and approaching clients to create a pipeline of leads, developing and closing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue through B2B acquisition, identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process
  • Report on sales pipeline and customer insights to inform business decisions
  • Contribute to the development of our product offerings and processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of hitting targets and developing effective sales strategies
  • Experience selling services to estate agents and/or housebuilders
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to learn technical products and processes quickly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Dynamics
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized, with a strong work ethic
