Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will be responsible for driving sales success through motivation of the team to hit daily and monthly KPI targets. You will lead a high-performing team through daily briefs, performance 121 meetings, and general line management. Your key responsibilities will include managing monthly rota scheduling, payroll budgeting, and forecasting, as well as working and liaising with host store partners and senior stakeholders to ensure brand compliance with policies and procedures.
