Role Overview

As a Sales/Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan designed to meet and exceed the targets set for UK territories. Your ability to identify new business opportunities through networking, social media, and events will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process management: Oversee all sales and BD activities, including research, meetings, presentations, quotes, and offers, ensuring customers recognize the value of our products and services.
  • Opportunity identification: Proactively identify new opportunities through various channels, including networking, social media, and events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to move sales opportunities through the cycle efficiently and effectively.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales pipeline data in relevant systems. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management when required.
  • Customer Care coordination: Collaborate with customer care to secure recurring sales or contracts.
Requirements

You have 5-8 years of experience in sales and/or business development, consistently smashing your targets and ready for your next big challenge. You have a sharp analytical mind, a knack for strategic sales planning, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to navigate it with ease.

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Your performance will be measured against several critical KPIs: Total Business Order Inflow and Revenue (Products and Services), new clients, and cross-selling opportunities.
