The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resettlement and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing hostel-based services and coordinating support to rough sleepers with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and support vulnerable individuals, including key working and case management
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to address clients' needs
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services

Requirements

  • Relevant experience working with homeless populations or vulnerable individuals
  • Strong understanding of the causes of homelessness and pathways to recovery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of relevant legislation, including welfare benefits and housing law
