We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Victim Support Specialist to join our team in North Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with vulnerable individuals and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing support services to victims of crime.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those affected by crime, working closely with other organizations to ensure that victims receive the best possible support.

As a Senior Victim Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct support to adults and children who have been impacted by crime
  • Assessing support needs and completing risk assessments
  • Developing relationships with external agencies to improve service delivery
