Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at CV Library. This role is based in Flintshire, with set hours from Monday to Thursday 08:15 to 17:00 and Friday 08:15 to 13:00.

About the Role

This permanent position involves working on the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have experience in a quality role within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  2. Lead monthly quality review meetings to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes and procedures.
  4. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.
  5. Ensure adherence to quality standards by supervising product development procedures and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
