Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Support Services Coordinator to join our team at HF Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude to life and a desire to support people to live their life with as much independence, choice, dignity and control as possible. You will need to have good listening skills and a practical, caring approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical and emotional support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities
- Assist with household tasks and personal care
- Support individuals with healthcare needs, including administering medication
