Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, including job descriptions, candidate screening, and interview coordination. They will also be responsible for onboard new employees, ensuring all required documents are completed and compliance requirements are met. Additionally, they will meet interviewees and new employees on site to ensure a smooth transition into the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
