A proactive Health & Safety specialist is sought to act as SHEQ Coordinator for a major manufacturing business in the UK.
Job SummaryThis role involves implementing and maintaining the company quality, safety, health, and environmental systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organisation.
Main Responsibilities- Support the development and roll-out of SHEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with our company values.
- Deliver training programmes to employees on SHEQ matters.
- Monitor SHEQ performance, report on compliance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to spot potential hazards and suggest practical solutions.
- Perform routine safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and work practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all SHEQ activities.
The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
