About the Job

CV Library is seeking a Compliance Officer - Manufacturing to join our team in Flintshire. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing operations comply with all relevant regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Supervise product development procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
What You'll Need
  • Experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Working with Us

We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on skills and abilities. The successful candidate can also expect a performance-related bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, virtual GP service, and an enhanced pension scheme.
