Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between £32,000 and £42,000 annually. This is a market-driven compensation package that reflects the significance of the Administrator's contributions to our clients' projects.

Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an efficient and reliable individual to fill the role of Administrator on one of our construction sites. The chosen candidate will assist with various tasks, such as drafting job postings, conducting candidate evaluations, and organizing interviews. They will also be responsible for guiding new staff members through the onboarding process, ensuring all relevant paperwork is complete and compliance standards are met.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to effectively manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and prior experience in a similar administrative capacity are highly desirable. At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role is preferred.

Additional Details
Please note that this is a temporary position, scheduled to last for 2 years. During your tenure, you will be based at the construction site.
