Healthcare Assistant Professional

Jane Lewis Healthcare is seeking a motivated Adult Care Worker to provide high-quality care in nursing homes and residential services in the Holywell area. This role offers flexible night shifts tailored to your lifestyle and opportunities to work with elderly individuals living with dementia.
You will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users, delivering person-centered care that meets their unique needs. Our team works collaboratively to ensure seamless support for service users.
What We Offer- A competitive hourly rate: £14.68 (inclusive of holiday pay)

- A £150 guarantee if we cannot provide a shift within 14 days of sign off
To be considered for this role, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements
- Have 6 months' prior experience in a UK-based healthcare setting
- Be willing to work waking night shifts
- Have a basic knowledge of the sector and excellent communication skills
- Be able to build strong relationships with service users having varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion for working in healthcare
- Be registered with Social Care Wales
