**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Holywell, North Wales.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or complex needs in residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and associated needs.
- Assist with day-to-day activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and promoting independence.
- Encourage participation in activities and routines to build structure, social skills, and confidence.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, including proactive risk management.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to implement individual care plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records in line with regulations and care standards.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50 + sleep ins, paid weekly through PAYE.
