We are seeking a dedicated support professional to join our team in Holywell, Flintshire, supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support, enabling our occupants to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support occupants to appointments and activities, promoting independence and community integration.
- Complete relevant paperwork and documentation, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
- Undertake household tasks, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
- Engage occupants in tasks and activities, fostering a sense of purpose and belonging.
- A big heart and passion to make a difference in the lives of our occupants.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness in challenging situations.
