Adult Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Night Support Worker to join our team in the Holywell region. This role involves supporting individuals with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities at night.
The ideal candidate will have a big heart and passion to make a difference in the lives of our occupants. They will be patient, resilient and calm under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning and making breakfast.
- Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills.
- Safeguarding of occupants at all times.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,173.60 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role.
