About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Specialist to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet

• Assisting with medication management and other healthcare tasks

• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable adults

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.40 per hour (rising to £12.90 on weekends) and a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
