Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Adult Care Specialist to join our team as an Agency Night Care Assistant in Holywell. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to elderly individuals living with dementia in various settings, including nursing homes and residential services.

  • This role involves working flexible night shifts, which can be tailored to fit your lifestyle.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, each with unique needs and requirements.

As an Agency Night Healthcare Assistant, you can expect:

  • A guaranteed £150 payment if we cannot provide you with a shift within 14 days of signing off.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Have 6 months' prior experience in a UK-based healthcare setting.
  • Hold excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of the sector.
  • Be able to build strong relationships with service users who require support.
  • Be registered with Social Care Wales.
