Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Quality Specialist to join our team at CV Library in Flintshire. This role involves working on the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Duties
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Lead monthly quality review meetings to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £50,000 per annum, depending on skills and abilities. The successful candidate can also expect a performance-related bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, virtual GP service, and an enhanced pension scheme.
