Senior Chef de Cuisine Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Village The Hotel Club. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and play a critical role in delivering a high-quality culinary experience to our guests.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as meal discounts and a uniform allowance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record in delivering a brand-led menu and managing food costs, we want to hear from you.
