The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Professional to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development, taking into account the individual needs and interests of each child.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
  • Collaborate with the team to observe and assess children's progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
