This role is ideal for individuals with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years who are enthusiastic about fostering a positive learning environment for young children.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's foundational learning and development, working closely with other practitioners and teachers to deliver structured play and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and development of young children, creating a nurturing and engaging environment.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, tailoring activities to individual needs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive space.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the team to foster a strong sense of community and trust.

Requirements:

We require an essential qualification of Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent), as well as strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach to working with young children.
