Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly pre-school team in Lancaster and Morecambe. This long-term agency position offers a competitive rate, based on experience and qualifications, with the potential for permanent placement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support young children's learning and development, delivering structured play and educational activities. They will build positive relationships with children, parents, and the team, observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive space. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a caring approach.
