About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Skills Centre and Social Hub. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, and promoting community engagement.

  • Manage a team of activity coordinators to provide essential support to vulnerable adults.
  • Develop a diverse range of activities and events that cater to different needs and interests.
  • Monitor expenses and prepare KPI reports with guidance from senior management.
  • Implement effective record-keeping systems to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and update care plans as necessary.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between staff and external partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience supporting adults with disabilities and managing an activities centre. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to teach others are also essential.
