Senior Vehicle Launch Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Launch Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and launch of new vehicle platforms and variants, providing first-hand support in early prototype build phases, and training and mentoring technicians and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and launch of new vehicle platforms and variants
  • Provide first-hand support in early prototype build phases, including virtual builds
  • Train and mentor technicians and team members to achieve high-quality working practices and processes across all build phases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a broad knowledge of automotive processes and specific skills for the area in question. Ideally, you should have experience working on niche vehicle brands, such as McLaren. A foundation degree in engineering would be preferred, but a technical background in an engineering discipline would be considered.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
