Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth launch of models into production, achieving quality, cost, and volume targets, and participating in problem-solving activities to improve quality, cost, or productivity.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A Level 2/3 Diploma in Light Vehicle maintenance.
  • Vehicle production experience.
  • Knowledge of quality measurement systems.
  • Experience working on high-performance vehicles.
  • Determination to drive business performance standards.
