Role Overview
The Vice President of Launch Operations at McLaren Automotive is responsible for ensuring the efficient and successful introduction of new vehicle models into production. This involves overseeing launch planning, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as addressing any issues that arise during the launch process.
A key aspect of this role is project management, where you will be responsible for coordinating across various departments, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. You must ensure that all aspects of the new model launch are aligned with McLaren's high standards of quality and performance.
This position requires a strong focus on risk management, identifying potential challenges early and developing strategies to mitigate them. By fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, you will ensure that McLaren's new vehicle models meet the company's high standards and exceed customer expectations.
Compensation Package
We offer an estimated salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
