Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers and visitors
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages
- Book and record meeting room requests, arrange refreshments, and provide support for events
- Support the Assistant Centre Manager with event planning and hosting
- Monitor the meeting room agenda and act as a host for coffee mornings and external events
- Keep our social media feeds and pages up to date with the latest news and updates
- Ensure all centre equipment is in good working order
- Maintain and monitor useful consumables and stationery
- Record any chargeable ad hoc services
- Support customers with tasks varying from arranging a courier to booking a restaurant
- Maintain tidiness of the community areas
- Support customers with local area knowledge
- Act as backup for the Assistant Centre Manager and Centre Manager for administrative tasks
- A competitive salary of £23,400 per annum
