The Mental Health Division of Nottinghamshire Healthcare comprises three directorates: Adult Mental Health, Mental Health Services for Older People, and Specialist Services. Our dedicated staff of over 2,800 individuals provide vital healthcare services to patients across various settings, from community through to acute wards.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Ward Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of a ward team that supports and promotes the delivery of high-quality health services to a diverse group of patients.

Job Description
">$40,000 - $55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of clinical/evidence-based practice by the team in line with the clinical strategy, service specifications, and operational & financial parameters. You will also provide leadership and development responsibilities to ensure the team meets the needs of the service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">A Professional Qualification in Mental Health/Learning Disabilities is required, along with further specialist knowledge/post-registration experience to diploma level or equivalent underpinned by theory within physical healthcare or other formal training. Additionally, the successful candidate must maintain current registration with the NMC/HCPC and adhere to the NMC Code.
