Healthcare Beverage Specialist

As a Healthcare Beverage Specialist, you will form part of our café team, delivering top-notch beverages and food to our customers while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns
- Preparing and presenting visually appealing beverages and food, meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Managing stock levels, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to health and safety protocols
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners to drive business success
- Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
