About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at the Health Care Complex in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
  • Perform ECGs, blood pressure monitoring, and blood glucose monitoring.
  • Sterilise and maintain surgical equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain environments and equipment before, during, and after patient care interventions.
  • Assess and surveille patients' health and well-being.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individual who is qualified in phlebotomy. You should have experience in taking bloods and chronic disease management, with additional skills in immunisations being an advantage.
